Off Season Injury Thread

Just wondering what injuries players are carrying and what operations players are carrying in the off season. You don't hear anything much in the news or CFC website so just wondering what people know.

I would be assuming Mclean would be getting all sorts of problems sorted what ever that may be. I've heard Kerr has a foot in plaster, had some sort of operation. Heard Rhys-Jones say in the preliminary VFL final that Austin was carrying something. Has Poomonkey had any physio work done? What have people heard/know about current player injury/operation statuses?

Brock was in for surgery last week and is in again this week coming. He said that the surgery went well.

Hoping he fixes all the issues and is raring to go in round 1 2011.

Ankle last week which he had good reports from. Knee this week. Says he'll be ready for the start of pre-season.

He has been in the wars Brock that's for sure. I for one think he will be fantastic for us next year. He is a great footballer when he is fit and firing. Can't wait to see him get into action for real.

Good news for Mclean. I suppose Kreuzer will end up having a full preseason looks like his recovery is going well. I suppose at this stage just about every one will have a full preseason.

Any news on Austin, Grigg, Lucas, Bower, Hadley, White and Cachia? These guys seemed to be struggling with injury or injured recently.

Aussie was out there this afternoon and didn't look to be struggling with any injury. Played quite well.

Despite Carlton midfielder Richard Hadley and Robert Warnock being late withdrawals - both checking in for end-of-season surgery in order to be ready for 2011 pre-season training.

Apparently juddy has a tight neck problem too, went to the physio this morning.

He just told him to take his 2 brownlows off and he shouldnt have any problems!

What's the point of bringing G. Williams to the club if he can't help Juddy with this sort of injury?

Kerr's had a re-co, not that long ago ,
Kane was still limping on Sunday, not sure how the hammy is going.
Cachia had his arm in a sling.
Simon White was walking pretty well.
That's what I noticed from the VFL on sunday .
