Think you're right here. Pick 9 for Burgoyne would have been fine, now we've lost Williams and Port get picks 9 and 16.
Mr Burgoyne better be a ****ing star next season or else i'm not going to be happy. Williams was more than just a serviceable player - going to the Bombers is a very shit move imo.

i must say i am disspointed with the deal, the hawks showed their cards i mean, burgoyne wanted to leave, so port had no bargaining power.
we should just say pick 9 OR a player. not pcik 9 and willo. willo as a straight swap for burgoyne would be a good deal.
losing pick 9 means we miss a potential 200 game player and willo who is a 40-50 goal a year player.
kennett: well he said we will not offer a p'ship player - we did in willo and lost him to the archj enemy. willo will kill it next year
burgoyne: he will be under so much pressure next year to perform, will never live up to expectation
ok, we recruited 17 yr olds last year, but really, being so desperate for burgoyne may mean that young is in strife
also, all cards are shown and we have two fit ruckman on our list, taylor and renouf! big gap there
just venting, i trust the club, but my heart will miss willo!
