Considering that most of us on these forums are Victorian, I am hoping that this thread gets a lot of responses. This is the place to talk about anything Storm-related.

I'll kick off the thread with some requests though - can someone give me a list of our players that are going to other teams next season? I know Blair is leaving (which p*sses me off btw), and that Hoffman is coming back, but that's about all I have heard regarding player movement for next season.

Also, I'm interested to get peoples opinions on who they would pick as their best team of our current players, assuming that everyone on the list is healthy.

I think I'm going to love this thread:D

I copied this from another forum, but it might answer some questions for you.

I'll be there.:thumbsu:

Give Meltiger a big thump when he bags out on Billy :D
I will give MT one thing, and that is that he is fair. If Billy does something well, he will say it. It's good watching games with him as he knows his shit.

He left at half time. Totally afraid of the Storm juggernaut!

I was still there, was standing around on the wing with some boys I used to play with with.

As for barracking for Penrith, I did no such thing lol

But yes, when the minor was still a contest, I did say I'd rather the Storm lose games so we don't finish 8th and have to come down here. Absoloutely. I also don't think we'll finosh 8th now anyway

I always suspected you played with boys:D

'bout time we had this thread started.

Friday night will be HUGE. 25,000+. Storm by 7. And roll on September!

Truthfully, i would be happy with just over 20,000.

Great....less traffic to contend with in Richmond and more space at the pubs:D

btw I got an email from the Storm and they suggested anyone with a GA membership to get there early.

Gates open 5.00pm.

Yes, that was a promising e-mail.

What's the Storm'scurrent membership numbers up to, CooperCronk? Somebody said it's nearly 11,000?
Yeah nearly 11k, which is a decent number. Pity all of them don't go to home games though.

Last I saw it was past 11,700. I guess some of them may even be interstate members also.

As you said, it would be nice if every member fronted to all home games, but that's just impossible with various commitments in people's lives.
As an example in my group (6) even though we are scattered around the ground, at least 2-4 can never make the 5.30 pm games because of work.

Those membership nos. are very impressive I think, considering what happened last year re the salary cap and the very very late membership drive this year.
