The knicks are on fire!!!!!! Felton a massive 17 assists and A'm'a'r'e 30 and a career high 8 boards :D They dispatched the nuggets. Question, were the knicks fans salivating over melo at the garden (a la when lebrone visited last
season)?

Lakers finally back on the winning track with a victory over the Nets. Kobe, Gas and Lamar contributing to acquire the Jordan Farmar Memorial Trophy. The Nets were led by sexy Devin and Farmar himself.

6ers beat the hornets

Spurs lead the Blazers at the moment

Paddy Mills getting limited time today. 4 minutes for no shots, 1 rebound, 1 assist and a TO.

Once you get past CP3 in the Hornet's box score it is truly horrific. Ariza's shooting continues to slide since the Lakers golden days.

ariza is just trying to replicate ron rons laker shooting form

Imagine the shooting %'s without Paul.

and this is how to subscrizzle

he's about to blow

I really am enjoying watching Heat feast on the shit teams. LeWade finally seem to be liking playing together. Some of the dunks and 3s have been vicious. Its like they cruise in the first half and then come out in the 3rd quarter, dominate and then sit out most the 4th.

With all the shit storm they have been getting in the media I would think they would be really happy with owning the biggest point differential in the NBA with their 4th and 5th best players injured.

I dont believe (as I keep hearing) that they are not ready to beat the better teams yet. Boston will meet a much different team to the one they met earlier in the season.

If Haslem and Miller were fit then this team could almost be favourites for the title.

MELO GOOD AS GONE

A source tells ESPN that Carmelo Anthony has notified the Denver Nuggets that he will only sign a contract extension if he is traded to the New York Knicks.

The source is privy to private discussions among Anthony, his representatives and the Nuggets front office. Anthony has apparently ruled out agreeing to the nearly $65 million extension with Denver, and apparently any other club except New York.

Anthony said after the game at Madison Square Garden on Sunday that he does not think the Nuggets will trade him to a team with which he does not wish to sign the extension.

"I don't think so. I don't think that will happen," Anthony said. He declined to elaborate.

"Everybody's yelling out the windows: 'Melo we need you in New York.' Of course that feels good when you know someone out there wants you to come and represent their team and represent their city. That's what I took from that," Anthony said.

Of signing the extension this season, Anthony said, "Whatever decision I make, that is going to be the first thing that gets done."

I hope he goes. A strong Knicks team would be good for the NBA

Life is good being a Knicks fan of late. Also get them Thursday and Saturday on ESPN with big games against Boston and Miami.

Felton is playing great and Amare is Amare :D

and could you imagine what it'd be like if you got lebrone? ;)

look PP, you seem like a good bloke for a knicks fan. I honestly dont want you to have to go through another year of wondering if you're gonna attract a big name to the city. We thought we were gonna lose you after lebrone said FU and took his talents south. if melo and paul do the same we might need to create a VALE PRIMETIME PRICEY thread

Bryant scored 25 of his 32 points in the second half and set up Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom for easy baskets in a late eight-point run that led the Lakers to a 99-92 victory over the New Jersey Nets on Sunday.

“I thought we did a better job of spreading it out and making the better pass down the stretch,” said Bryant, who forced the Nets to double-team him late by scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter. “We can’t just stand around and wait. We have to cut and move the ball. We were moving the ball better and got the win. We have to move and take advantage of what they give us.”

Im happy for him to come but i dont want to give up something ridiculous for him. If the Knicks are smart they will wait or they will make Denver taks something shit like Curry's contract :D

What exactly do you have to give up that would be something ridiculous. The reason he isnt at the Knicks is because you have nothing with real trade value.

`I think we all looked at each other and we [held] each other accountable for our games,'' Wade said. ``I hear from LeBron all the time now that I'm the worst finisher in the league now because I can't make a layup sometimes.
``But it helps me out because now I want to prove him wrong. We just stay on each other and I think that meeting kind of helped us going forward to let everyone know, ``It's fine, I can take it,' and we've been doing it.''

Like if they asked for Fields, Chandler, Gallanari and a draft pick. Something along that.
The only way we will trade is if they take someone we no longer want. The Knicks are in the box seat, they can just sit there and wait til next season and get him for nothing if thats the only place he wants to go

normally
in a trade there are pieces both teams want. its win-win. you want to give the nuggets a third rounder and cash considerations?

now where have i heard that before?
