Greatest accomplishment: Went out to a pasta restaurant and ordered something from the "specials" board with chicken, eggplant, red wine, chilli, garlic, tomatoes, onions, red wine, kalamata olives, egg noodle pasta, grated parmesan cheese.....and a bit more red wine. Loved it and vowed to reproduce it at home - which I now do regularly.......Best. Pasta. Ever.
