Fly has already won my heart. I know the real test comes when we are riddled with injuries (when aren't we?) and have lost a few but his attitude and demeamour is so bloody inspiring. Even the journos love him. When a man at the helm at my beloved Collingwood keeps telling everyone how honoured he feels to be coach of the club and how he will cherish every moment...well it's just so refreshing.
To see him so happy and not putting on the coaching mask and pretending it's just another four points before moving on to the next game was also stirring. I can see why you'd want to run through brick walls for this bloke. He embraces our history and honours the jumper in a way that makes me feel we are in very good hands.
