I fall into the huge category of supporters that fell in love with Sando.. However I am seriously starting to question his tactical nous as a coach. I remember someone commenting on his main flaw when coming to the crows was that he would develop too close relationships with certain players. Well this has clearly been shown by continually playing players out of form.

However my main problem all year has been his reluctance to adjust the structures during quarters. Not big noting myself because I'm sure there are 10-20+ posters on here that have called exactly what I've noticed during games which are blatantly obvious.

Two obvious examples are:
1. VB to Deledio. Deledio killed us all half yet Sando only made the move at half time when the game was over
2. VB to Fyfe. Fyfe killed us all game. Sando said he would make the move at halftime but it never seemed to eventuate. Not sure if this was VB's doing or Sandos but to only call it at halftime...

I though this is amateur stuff.. Fyfe/Deledio is killing us lets put VB on him.. Why is Sando waiting till halftime to make these moves? I'm sure he realises that we have runners that can send those messages instantly? I also hoped Bailey returning would stop us from making these ridiculous errors.

And then with 10 mins to go when we are behind I think it was pretty obvious to all that we needed to try something different especially when Jenkins went down.. We had all of the run and were pushing it into our forward line with no target yet there was no change.. I would have thought our coaches would have thought, "Our season is possibly on the line here let's do something that is a risk but could win it for us.. Hmm who's been playing well and we have no tall targets.. Ohh how about Hendo he's been clunking everything and his confidence is up."

I agree for the most part. TV is a horrible way to watch a game, as you can only see what the camera looks at. Makes me wonder, is there something going on I can't see that's making VB not pick him up, or his opponent not pick him up?

We seem to do it alot. I think Bailey needs to ask some serious questions in the box, or answer them.

We had enough of it but didn't set up well in defence in the last 5 minutes. Our broken tackles killed us again today and for Wingard to mark the final mark for the goal when we had everyone back is just a sick joke.
