That was the early story but apparently its a swap of third round picks.
I really want Henderson, but realistically it won't happen.
What i could see happening is; Shaw + 27 for Bugg and Adams.
Works out perfectly for us... Bugg takes up a spot on the half back flank, and adams slot straight into our star studded midfield group.
FYI from Collingwood's small defenders/occasional wing types i rate them in this order.
1. A.Toovey
2. M.Williams
3. C.Young
4. P.Seedsman
5. B.Sinclair
IMO Bugg is currently ahead of the Seed and Sinclair, and with dasher's injury history and toovey recovering from a serious injury, it would be a shrewd bit of business.
The club has already come out and said they don't rate this draft

The better the trading gets year in, year out the more strident and nonsensical the acolytes becomedid he just say marley couldn't defend one on one.... WTF

Yes our defense is now a rabble without Shaw. Toovey will struggle early. Seedsman and Marley are too light to defend one on one.
Is that it?Bucks in the media.
Sometimes I remotely agree with what Thatsgold says sometimes. The better the trading gets year in, year out the more strident and nonsensical the acolytes become![]()

Oh and Grundy!Is that it?
Have they actually said this? I've seen it referred to on here quite often but I have not seen anything from any club to that effect.
Grasping at straws - an acolyte doesn't have to make sense, just a lot of noiseSometimes I remotely agree with what Thatsgold says sometimes.
But the Marley quote and us not going overseas and losing an edge kinda baffles me.![]()

Trade 27 for Docherty, just to really piss off the Blewboys.

I think he sometimes forgets to take his medication and I know exactly what you mean, when you say some of the things he says you find yourself agreeing with and then thats gold says something else and you think WTF.Sometimes I remotely agree with what Thatsgold says sometimes.

Thanks for that.Baltimore Jack

At the moment we hold pick 10 and again with the draft itself I don’t think that it has a lot of depth.
I think we’ve got an eye on to 2015, which really is a strong draft and has great depth in it so at this point in time we’ll probably run with 38 players on our primary list. If something pops up late in the draft that does take our fancy then we’ll certainly have to scope in a TTP (Total Player Payment) sense to bring a player in. But at this point in time, we’ll probably run with 38 players due to our planning for 2015.

the article is a good read, outlines the direction we are heading in...
This seems unlikely. Adams would asumedly have slightly more value, thus our 2nd for their 3rd was the initial rumour and seems spot on to me.
Marley is light? and can't defend one on one? did you mean Sinclair perhaps?Yes our defense is now a rabble without Shaw. Toovey will struggle early. Seedsman and Marley are too light to defend one on one.
