Sure, you love Dawes. You are bias, we get it.

Please try and keep it constructive, but you have a point.

Jack might be out of form but he has clearly played on the best. However, he plays his best footy deep and when he gets a run at the ball. This, combined with his interrupted pre-season is unfortunately why perhaps this season he hasn't hit his straps as the delivery to him has been average at best and he can't play to his strengths due to the structure in place.

Dawes is still developing and has shown that he has a big future.

The tough decision for the selection commitee every week must be "who do we persist with." Because neither of them are going to be gun forwards until they have played 80-100 games each one could suggest.

Whats best for the club? Time will be the only telling factor.... Anything else is speculative.

There hasn't been a premiership team without 2 ruckmen since, well I can't remember since - because it hasn't happened for over a decade.

true, but the Hawthorn ruck division was horrible. Jolly + Leigh Brown is better than Taylor + Campbell.
