Unfortunately, I can only see Qatar as the winning party to buy the club. No one else can compete financially and the Glazers would have business interests in Qatar, so they won’t piss them off by not selling.

Ah no the PL did not know the Chairman was a minister of the Govt.

In their documents presented to Court they stated “they are a sovereign instrumentality of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” and then stated he’s a Minister.

Instrumentality means serving as an instrument ..sorry that implies control in anyone’s language

Not anyones. Its not news to anyone that Saudis sovereign wealth fund bought Newcastle.

No but it’s news if the Kingdom controls the fund more than was previously led to be believed. For the PL to ever believe the Kingdom has no controlling interest defies belief.

It's a bit like the guy supposedly buying Utd. Just a front for the Qatari royal family allowing them to also own PSG.
