That’s an easy one to answer .. and these are the facts ..

Hartlett did not play well during his last few seasons and was asked if he wanted to search other options re his playing future, if that will help him, which he did.
Hamish did not like any of the options presented to him by the other Clubs, and, as is his right as signed player, said that he would prefer to stay at Port after having a meeting with Hinkley.

So he remains a Port Player.
