I appreciate your contribution as you actually are a music researcher.Disclaimer: I'm a music researcher (yes that's actually my job).
An ego like John Lennon's would never have handed over control of the Beatles to anyone let alone a fake Paul McCartney; Lennon is credited as the principle songwriter in many of the Beatles later songs.
Post 1966 was when the Beatles got into psychedelics, buddhism and listened to Pet Sounds; that's why their music got more mature (and they still had plenty of uplifting, happy, and positive songs post 1966).
1. Terry Knight wasn't a Kiwi, and he wasn't obscure- he has over over 100 credits for writing/production/arrangement/performance (see: https://www.discogs.com/artist/284087-Terry-Knight?filter_anv=0&type=Credits)
2. "Saint Paul" (which I think is the song you are referring to) was released by Capitol records but the publishing isn't owned by "MACCA Corp". And it was released in 1969.
3. "MACCA Corp" haven't put out any of the Beatles music; it is the publishing company for Paul McCartney's solo works, which also own the rights to music by Ringo Starr, David Cassidy, Cher, and a bunch of seemingly random stuff (https://www.discogs.com/label/314382-McCartney-Music-Inc?page=1&genre=All&limit=250)
i'm calling bullshit on this one.
Do you really think the heathermills and iamaphony YT channels are Paul McCartney?
The Billy Shesrs book is owned by Macca Corps. So is the shears website. That in itself is incredibly valid evidence FOR the CT
