Talking about Role Models he said of course as a boy he aspired to play AFL but his role models were his parents and friends he admired but that it would be sill to suggest that some young people aren't going to use players as examples.
On resisting the lure of going home he said that he was taught by his parents that if something is worth doing you don't give up on it, you see it through. He considers the evolution of Freo as unfinished business that is his responsibility to be a part of.
Some callers rang in and said he should be made premier because he was so level headed in his responses to the questions. Even Geoff said it was great so have someone so impressive in the studio.
