One is usually just a bit of muscle and skin healing

The other is a pretty destructive procedure sometimes involving screws and some kind of synthetic rope to hold the bones together

The trip with Boaky probably isn’t for probably a couple of months. So all the players should have recovered from the post season surgeries.

No heavy lifting or straining for 6 weeks post hernia repair surgery, as you need to allow time for the mesh to take.
