I think in 2 years time Hickey, Longer and Pierce could all be A to B grade 1st ruckman. I see Holmes as this athletic beast that could play CHB/CHF in a few years and I think its most important now to get Jolly in as a delisted FA/Coach. Depends whether you're keeping for dependability or upside; TDL will most likely get you a goal a game or so but is never going to be a world beater it seems. Milera has talent to burn but seemingly just can't get his head right.

Depends on who we get.

I'd think the plans would stay mostly the same - 15 odd games for the year splitting the ruck work with Hickey and developing his forward game. Plenty of time for a 20 year old ruckman (that your club rated worth a top ten pick) to find his way.

What's Leppa got planned for all your top picks from the last few years of bottom dwelling? It'll be interesting to see how he develops top picks like Yeo, Docherty, Karnezis, Polec and Long... oh wait... All good though. You guys should be signing Luke McGuane any day now. When you look at what Pearce Hanley said on his twitter it seems there was a definite divide between the young blokes and old blokes. Poor comment, poor culture, poor board, poor list, poor club financially. Makes the Saints seems like a good club to come too. Alllll Abooard!!!
