Losses against the Suns, Hawks, Bulldogs and Melbourne could all easily have been wins. We’d be staring at the greatest trade in the history of the game with a little bit of luck.

If St Kilda is their only win for the rest of the year and we can pinch one of WC, Rich, Geel they could finish 11th to our 14th (Pick 5 for 8). Should we lose this week and only beat the saints for the rest of the year it could end up 8th vs 17th.
GWS, Essendon, Richmond all going well enough to keep them down in 8th even if their only losses are WC/Pies.
At the end of the day what Adelaide get doesn't affect us at this point, but it won't be easy overtaking the likes of St Kilda & Sydney.
Both a game ahead of us, could be 2 if they win this weekend.
St Kilda with a new coach may get a 'bounce' and win a few games.
But even if we don't, i won't be that worried about it, focusing more on our improvement more than what Adelaide get.
