On the Draft and Trading Board the Chief is offering $2,000 to who can pick the first 16 in teh draft with one wild card allowed.

Thought it may be good to have our own thread on here so we can see the best of the Crows supporters.

My picks are all through what I have read on BigFooty or Inside Football so no personal knowledge at all.

Richmond was my hardest to work out (not that any outside the top four were easy).

Anyway here 'tis

1. Melbourne - Jack Watts
2. West Coast Eagles - Nick Naitinui
3. Fremantle - Daniel Rich
4. Port Adelaide - Tyrone Vickery
5. Essendon - Hamish Hartlett
6. Carlton - Michael Hurley
7. Brisbane Lions - Jack Ziebell
8. Richmond - Shaun McKernan
9. North Melbourne - Chirs Yarran
10. Adelaide - Jackson Trengove
11. Collingwood - Stephen Hill
12. Sydney - Lewis Johnston
13. St Kilda - Same Blease
14. Western Bulldogs (Ayce Cordy – Father/Son)
15. Geelong - Phil Davis
16. Hawthorn - Jordan Lisle (wildcard)

I make no apologies for the fact that almost the entirety of my draft knowledge is taken from D&T. Which is why I never bothered to post a mock draft there, they have enough replica mocks already.

1) Melbourne - Watts
2) West Coast - Natanui
3) Fremantle - Rich
4) Port - Vickery
5) Essendon - Hurley
6) Carlton - Trengove
7) Brisbane - Ziebell
8) Richmond - Hartlett
9) Kangaroos - McKernan
10) Adelaide - Yarran
11) Collingwood - Sidebottom
12) Sydney - Blease (Wildcard)
13) St Kilda - Hill
14) Bulldog - Cordy
15) Geelong - Johnstone
16) Hawthorn - Lisle

Mine sucks. I'd back in just about everyone here other than PIHL to know more about the draft than me. I'll be surprised if I get 8/16.

1. Melbourne - Jack Watts
2. West Coast Eagles - Nick Naitinui
3. Fremantle - Daniel Rich
4. Port Adelaide - Tyrone Vickery
5. Essendon - Chris Yarran
6. Carlton - Hamish Hartlett
7. Brisbane Lions - Jack Ziebell
8. Richmond - Jackson Trengove
9. North Melbourne - Wildcard
10. Adelaide - Shaun McKernan
11. Collingwood - Tom Swift
12. Sydney - Michael Hurley
13. St Kilda - Lewis Johnston
14. Western Bulldogs (Ayce Cordy – Father/Son)
15. Geelong - Stephen Hill
16. Hawthorn - Phil Davis

FWIW I'm tipping Sidebottom to go to North, but I threw my wildcard on them for reasons I'm not really sure of.

Melbourne Jack Watts
West Coast Nic Naitinui
Fremantle Daniel Rich
Port Tyrone Vickery
Essendon Jack Ziebell
Carlton Michael Hurley
Brisbane Chris Yarran
Richmond Hamish Hartlett
Kangaroos Tom Swift
Adelaide Jackson Trengove
Collingwood Steele Sidebottom
Sydney Lewis Johnston
StKilda Shaun McKernan
Western Bulldogs Ayce Cordy
Geelong Stephen Hill
Hawthorn Phil Davis (Wild Card)

I'm going to wait until Burgatron to release his draft before putting mine up. I reckon I've got a chance:D. Seriously, if anyone gets the top 16 they'd be the luckiest person alive, very very hard especially from picks 10-16.

Stupid competition IMO.

I strongly doubt anyone will be able to guess 16 draft picks IN A ROW!

Would be better just to have the competition as who can come the closest.

that's why there's a prize of $2000 it's supposed to be hard! you can't have everyone walking away with a couple of grand!

the idea of this competition is supposed to be to prove that noone can pick the top 16 off Bigfooty
That's why he has put up 2 grand of his own money
If he thought there was a fair chance that someone would name them then chances are he wouldn't be doing the comp

Not even going to bother! I think i'd have a better chance of winning Powerball.

On second thoughts, I like the idea of waiting for Burgatrons picks ;) But not even he got 10/10 for the top 10 last year! Let alone the first 16

You don't have to get 16 to be the best on the Adelaide board. Stop being a party pooper;)

why does everyone have us taking Trengrove? I personally would rather the local lad Johnston.

Probably rated around the same ability, and therefore we should go for the local lad in this situation.

For me the toughest guy is Hill. I doubt Freo will take Hill now-en where the hell will Hill fit in. If Hill's available he'd be a chance at our pick I think... we were very interested around draft camp time I think but he's bolted all the way up the order.
