"Nathan Brown has certainly been travelling very well and meeting all the goals that we've set him," Watters said.
"Paul Medhurst looks like he's now starting to move into really good physical condition. It's well-documented that he battled a few injuries last year, but he's really starting to come out of that and is starting to string some really good sessions together.
"It's been great to get both Darren Jolly and Luke Ball into the mix. I think those two have had a big impact on training just with the type of characters they are."

Good to Hear Rambo is doing well

Medhurst is the one I have my fingers crossed for, our forward line is so much more potent when Meds is fit and firing.

Nathan Brown is a key for us too, but maybe more in 2011 then 2010, as Presti can still hold up an end this year no problems, against most tall forwards.

Yeah great to hear that Nate Brown is going along nicely. He has the size to play on the big monsters let's just hope he can get a bit more ball when he plays in the afl.Was talking to a guy yesterday on facebook and he says Beams and Sidebum have bulked up alot. Just wanna know if there's any truth to this if so good too see the young brigade working so hard to achieve what everyone wants.

Beams looked bigger IMO, not sure about Rusty though.
