After reading the article below ( I will post a little later), I was shocked to see this celebrity after her plastic surgery, totally unrecognizable and a real shocking job done her.

I thought she looked pretty before and now, she looks like a mess.

You be the judge, be honest and dont go searching for her. Who do you think it is?

I'm shocked. This looks nothing like her.

From the looks of it the difference is only make-up, hair dye and aging, not sure if there is any plastic surgery (other than the recent double mastectomy and reconstruction that it)

For my 18th birthday I was bought a nose job by my ex-wife. Unfortunately it was botched. Nonetheless my chin reduction was fine and I've never felt more proud of my looks, inside and out I feel a brand new person and completely happy with who I am. If you're considering it I would do it – nothing feels as good as self-belief.

Still looks relatively skinny (sure not the possible anorexic weight she was before but healthy skinny) face looks almost like it's swollen from an allergic reaction.

She's about to turn 44.

I reckon she could be on some kind of psych medication which is making her face swollen.

Plenty of hot women who are in their 40s she looks like a freak now.

Went from being a genuinely great looking guy to a total freakshow. I know a bit of his work was done out of necessity because of damage he copped as a boxer in the '90s, but he looks like he went to the same back alley butcher that Jack Nicholson's Joker did in Batman, and kept going back for more. A hideous shadow of his former self.

Apparently quite common post surgery due to water retention or lymphodema. Some folks do have this reaction to psych meds, however it's more common in steroids. The photo reminded me of some women with severe alcoholism (thin with swollen face).

Yeah, I was a huge fan. Thought his career went downhill from 9 1/2 weeks on, resurrected by Sin City and The Wrestler before settling into action hero tom foolery

He oozed cool playing a cop in Year of the Dragon, that along with Angel Heart were the first films I remember seeing him in. Both great films.

Shame to see him become the plastic surgery freakshow he is now, he'd look a lot better if he just had've grown old gracefully like De Niro or Robert Redford.
