I have $86,600 spare at the moment, however i think my midfield is a bit weak.
Selwood, Judd, Foley, Dyson, Hasleby Hartlett (Rich, Swift)
Any obvious improvements? Was considering getting knights or upgrading hartlett but i need some advice.

get rich on ur ground and get a cheap interchange. Then with the money you got distribute mit to hartlett and particularly dyson.
foley i bet u could a better player maybe adcock? from that u'll get some more money in which u can use to invest in hartlett.

Gia. Think this is the year that Harvey will get more assistance inthe midfield, so may not be right up there in terms of DT scoring.

I would probably go Chris Newman
I think he will take on his new leadership role at Richmond and have a really good year! Mind you its hard to go wrong either way with Bock and Newman to be honest

Grant or Thompson for 9th forward ?
Gibbs and Ablett, Gibbs has the capacity to improve on his scores, where as swan will stay around the same or go back a bit (might be used more negatively this year) cross and ablett both very consistent, with ablett averaging 10-15 more
Gibbs and Ablett personally.
Ablett wants a brownlow should rip this year up.
Gibbs inline for a breakout this year.
Swans a good choice but I dont see Cross improving he also likes handballing alot.

Depends on your backline. If you've got a couple of risky players then I'd go the first option. The second option's more viable if you've played it safe in the backline.
Also depends on who you think will make more money on the bench.
FWIW I'd go with option one.
If the 10-20k will make a big difference then it might be worth considering. IMO the 360k mark is the cutoff for the genuinely good backs though. Birchall's had some hamstring troubles though.
All forwards have had decent pre seasons. FWIW I'd take Goodwin, Brown Johnson, Stokes then O'Keefe in that order.

First one is safer, second one has a higher ceiling. I really want to get Ablett in my team but I'm not a fan of McIntosh.

Second one easily. Expensive but Ablett is a must (even though I don't have him lol)

I'd go Gibbs, Surely Palmer is freo's best or second best mid and will more than likely get a bit more of a tag as a result
