Thursday showed that a lot of Essendon players think they can pick themself!

1. Mc Veigh - What has he done this year?
2. Rioli - should never have played - doesnt look fit, play him in the reserves for at least another 3 weeks
3. Blumfield - has played one good game in 2 years (good game against tigers)
4. Has done alright but why sign him on a 5 year contract.

i was really impressed by the young blokes

1. Hille - FANTASTIC!!!!
2. Jacobs - Hasnt played a bad game since last year (his gf last year was superb)
3. Peverill - Sensational but unfortuntely not playing for 2 months becuas eof a gutless collingwood ****er named mckee
4. Forster-knight - he's showing a bit now...

I Disagree. I think Mercuri has shown some good signs this year, and was probably our best in the first half on Thursday. If he can stay fit (particularly from groin injuries), he will be very important to us.

I`m with T.D
Mercs has been very good this year. A great servant to the club and I was rapt he got a five year contract,earns every cent,not like alessio who has been stealing for years.
