If you guys are interested, I can look at the local pawn shops for move controllers? I've seen them there before. I would only charge their price + postage.

Thanks for the offer, but I'll just go new. Been saving up for this and it's accessories (and the Neo) for months so will like all my stuff brand spankers. :)

Just had a go at London Heist, not sure whether the video settings were calibrated properly but it's probably a shade below Samsung Gear VR quality.

That being said, was much more intuitive than I thought it would be and really good fun. Def still going through with my pre order.

Two separate 'rooms' with a couple of games in each.

I didn't ask and just got allotted to it, but I'm sure if you ask, should be right. They have non booking queues too, so I've had a go at louge (spelling?) and trying to queue for Driveclub which has the proper driving wheel setup.

Only 4 or 5 people in the public queue. Keen as to play driveclub so I'll wait. My booking.is actually 1 not 130 so thankfully I'm here in time.

Just did the luge. They wouldn't let me wait for drive club so grabbing lunch and hopefully no line after.

It was alright but really blurry, hoping that's just because they go a one focus fits all type thing at these demo's and I can fine tune it on my own.

Just did ocean decent, they wouldn't let me wait for drive club and I don't wanna line up again because of footy. Ocean decent was really cool. That sold me.

So I am home on laptop now so can type a bit more of an explanation.

Did the luge first, just down some street. You steer by tilting your head, it was pretty touchy and I was pretty shit. Pretty cool they, they even turn a fan on so you "feel the wind" in your face :p Looks nice but as mentioned earlier, a bit blurry but I hope that is because its not tuned for my eyes. Didn't feel any sickness or anything other than when I went over hills, which is what I get in real life anyway so I don't blame the VR for that.

I then came back and did that Shark Dive simulator thing that I am sure anyone even remotely interested in this VR has seen. Its pretty ****ing cool. I was able to walk around and "look out" over the side of the cage. The shark attacks the cage and it flails around, I could actually feel myself trying to right my body and stay stable but I am pretty sure they film it so was trying me best to keep a straight face and stand still so I didn't look like an idiot. The head movement tracking is spot, I looked somewhere and without delay I was looking there through the VR.

Id highly recommend going to one of these test plays if you are near by.

My only other comparison point is the Google Cardboard using my Xperia z3, so naturally it shits all over it.

Give it a month and there will be VR's going for $300 bucks or so

I'll wait

Couldn't justify that amount

Zero chance of that happening.

It happens with everything else

Sony always wants people to pre order ...oh there will be no ps4's left at Xmas if you don't pre order ...blah blah blah

All of a sudden there siting on thier shelves ....remember Sony is a very powerful marketing machine

They create hysteria from the whole pre order thing .....
