Please help - AFL Live App

So try as I might, I cant get out of work tomorrow. Please say nothing on this issue. Im too heartbroken to discuss it.

So trying to find ways to watch it at work. I dont have access to a TV or Channel 7 but do have my phone. I have Foxtel Go but they are not showing the game are they?

So my last hope is the AFL Live App.

Does anyone have it?

Is it any good?

Will it be showing the Grand Final?

Is it really just $4.99 a week so I could pay 5 bucks tomorrow. Watch the game then just turn it off again?

Any help would be appreciated guys.

Can you only watch on your phone? I have a cable that rigs my phone up to my TV so had planned to take my phone and TV to work. Download the AFL App. Sign up. Watch the game on the big screen TV I've taken with me to work.

Not sure but I know chrome cast doesn't work .

Your phone ,iPad or tablet is your best bet if you have somewhere quiet to watch.

You could watch it by going to any of a number of very specific websites. It might not be HD, or even in English, but you can certainly watch it.

They limit the size the screen will expand to, they're bastards. On a tablet the screen size they allow isn't much bigger than a phone from memory.

Just a question as to if a VPN will still work for the App or they have cracked down on that? I am in Australia at the moment and will use a VPN here to access but just if that hack will still allow me to watch full screen?

How much is it? If it is cheaper and better I will look into it the only thing is I am overseas for part of the season so I will need a VPN either way but just making sure it will work with them both

Ahhh bugger. Yeah you might just have to go through watchafl.afl.com.au to skip all the crap in that case.
