I know not many share this view, but I think it'd be great to see the Pakis make the final, considering everything they've been through.

The fact they're playing India in the semi just makes me want them to win all the more.

Wouldn't mind either side to win from the other semi final though - Sri Lanka mainly because of Sangakkara and Jayawardene, and New Zealand because it would be nice to see them make the final for once.

I have no issues with india winning.

the Indians generally do seem like poor sports, no respect or credit given to superior opposition(hell they can't even clap an opposition 4) we put up with their rubbish through our dominate era but that doesn't mean im going to act like them just to spite them.

They have been the best team in cricket the last 18 months or so if they win good luck to them.

nah i dont mind if India win the game....or the final for that matter should they progress that far. they've been the best team in the world over the past 18 months or so, have two of my favourite batsmen to watch (sachin and sehwag), and also zaheer who is probably the 2nd best fast bowler in the game behind steyn, a master of guile and movement.

it should be a sensational semi final, as has been said here this is a massive game between two teams, two nations really, with a lot of history with each other

as much as we love cricket in this country, i dont think a lot of us truly comprehend what cricket means in countries like pakistan and india in particular. i've been fortunate enough to travel to india 3 times, an amazing and vibrant country but seriously cricket is followed fanatically there. i feel sorry for the pakistan fans too who have been robbed the right to watch live cricket because of terrorism.

should be a cracking game, really looking forward to watching it live. in my opinion, it would be fantastic to see India in the final in sachin's hometown of Mumbai, and it would be great if he can win a World Cup before his career draws to a close

Pakistan did knock off Sri Lanka in Colombo during the group stage, so as long as Pakistan's mindset is not in choke mode they can go all the way.
