(1). Human beings haven't quite mastered intergalactic travel, but we have mastered air,land and water travel, and rudimentary space travel. Yet a human can still get trapped in a pantry. I don't follow the logic of "They have spaceships that can travel across space, therefore they should be able to walk though a solid door".

They also have legs powerful enough to let them leap onto roofs of houses. You can argue that a cat has a similar leap, but a two legged leap and a 4 legged leap are very different.

Disarming the owner in a duel works the same as killing them - IIRC that's how Draco became the wand's master (he disarmed Dumbledore before Snape killed him).

So presumably Dumbledore disarmed Grindelwald at some point (I can't remember).

Disarming Draco is also how Harry became the master of the Elder Wand.

I think the passing of the Elder Wand came about when the current owner was "defeated". Most of the time this would mean they would be killed (Voldemort's mistakenly thought this was the only way to defeat someone) but as was revealed disarming is also considered defeating your opponent.

Controlling the cars computer would not allow you to control the streering, you might be able to control the accelation via a cruise control but even that would be pushing it.

For anyone who watched Hot Tub Time Machine

Don't get me wrong, very funny movie: but the ending just did not just make sense at all.

Literally, it was the least thought out ending of all time; made 1000 times worse by the fact that it involved time travel.

They got the plans for it, and it wasn't exact, a small alteration had just been made to the vault and it wasn't picked up till they were already on the way out of the building, they would have been screwed straight away if Andy Garcia hadn't been so distracted by the robbery.

There are no more holes in 5 mins of filming than the end of Dodgeball. He quits but still finds time to lay a bet, win the cash and buy controlling share of Globo Gym before the game is even over?

Also, every Oceans movie after 11 had more holes and blatant impossibilities than a John Worsfold press conference.

This is the problem with watching movies you enjoy more than once, these things become way too apparent.

M Knight has copped some pastings in this but Sixth Sense is flawless in this respect I believe. Really well done and no tricks. he suffers by comparison to this in all his other films...which are cod ordinary it must be said.

Probably been mentioned already but on Back to the Future 2 2nite how come the future doesn't change instantly when old Biff takes the Sport's Almanac back to young Biff in 1955? Instead they don't notice the change untill they get back to 1985 and then say that they can't go back to the same future they just got back from like 5 minutes ago to stop old Biff because it will be an alternate future now. Even though they were still there well after old Biff had gone back in time and then return to his time with some sort of a chest cough.

Where do the flyers come from that are in the bags that are carried out of the vault and into the van? Danny and Linus couldn't have taken them down there and there is no room with the Chinese man. They are carried out to the van before the SWAT team appears, which means they'd have to have been inthe vault to start with.
