Id go Johno Brown anyday unless he gets injured for most of the year

Good choice except for the fact Johno Brown is a Centre Half Forward and not a full forward...

I heard they were going to play him deep forward this season which would be FF with Bradshaw at CHF.

I went with Lloyd. For all reports he is training the house down and would be the most obvious choice.

Yeah damn straight, has been consistently good over a number of seasons now, hard to argue with that form :thumbsu:

There has been one or two articles where Brown was saying that he is going to play closer or in the square so theres less chance of him getting injured to play a full season, which means he will actually be playing as a FF. So really, your fact is not a fact...

If Brown does play the season at FF, and stay fit, I can see quite a few goals from him. 100 would not be out of the question at all.

Richo is much better at CHF where he can run all day and use his excellent field kicking to the advantage of other forwards.

I would honestly prefer he kicks from 50 metres out on the left boundary (facing the goals) than 20 metres out directly in front.

On the other hand... when you are the best contested marker in the league since Wayne Carey I'd back him at FF too :D

Pity about recruiting Kent Kingsley though. Oh well. :)

How's Cam Cloke going? ..

The difference:

Cam Cloke: not needed for our team structure, has to improve and fight for a spot against many others; 22yo; needs to undo a few years of Collingwood deskilling, and poor fitness; difficult task but not impossible.

Kent Kingsley: essential to the Tiges forward line structure after Franklin and Sellar draft oversights, guaranteed #2 KP spot in 2007 and beyond; 28yo; long established track record of failure at FF. Will be on the receiving end of "Richmond Culture" by mid-season.

:)
