There is a malaise that has permeated our Club. From the very top to the bottom. I can think of at least a dozen changes that need to be made but I only know of one that will be made. I am not simply talking about personnel changes but structural changes. We need to get back to our core business which is winning football matches at all levels. Under Koch we have become a community oriented welfare organisation more interested in being all things to everyone than winning football games.
I'm still not writing him off but....

I was standing next to pickets during the game and Joe stood the mark right in front of me. He’s really small in structure and basically has a real baby face. He must have been an exceptional junior to get his profile out there so that he became a first round pick
He currently looks like a player who would have been passed over in the draft and then was lucky enough to get a rookie listing
But we can only hope he comes on, but currently I certainly can’t see the next Robbie Gray in him
