Hale, lake, Gibson. T Mitchell was barely getting a game for Sydney.
Titch was a star at Sydney, he just had more talent in the middle fighting for spots, whether he stayed or went to hawthorn he was going to explode his trajectory was always headed upwards. In the same mould as menegola who I think can elevate himself to the same level.

Even Rowey said on 5AA this morning that they're a pathetic excuse for a football club. When one of your staunchest allies starts saying stuff like that, you know you're in trouble.

Nobody melts like cRowie :D

Had Hawk's put an eye toward rebuilding in 2015 after the last flag they'd be every chance to have refreshed the list well enough by now to be in competition.
It would have had to have been after 2016. No premiership coach is going to say right after a flag it's time for rebuild. Especially not after 3 in a row. When they were clearly not going get another in 2016, then was the time to pull the trigger.

Crowie will be back on the train this arvo after a dressing down from the the ivory tower

Never bite the hand that feeds you especially in the SA Sports Media

The Matt Crouch train specifically - he was this week's leading stat accumulator, last week he was all Laird, Laird, Laird.

The crers’ biggest ever losing margin in a home game is under threat this Sunday. Their worst losing margin stands at 97 points against the hawks in round 9, 1994. Could’ve been more as Dunstall kicked 9.6 from 15 kicks, Platten was awesome with 37 disposals & 6 (straight) goals.

One thing I’d like to know, has a team from interstate ever started a game against either SA side $1.01 in betting at either AO or Footy Park? Surely the cats will this Sunday.

Geelong will come into the game content and unmotivated playing the bottom easy beats. Adelaide to try hard, burn out by half time, before Geelong wakes up puts on afterburners and wins by lazy 50 pts.

Whereas Hawthorn with nothing to play for, will be set the task of knocking of the top of the table by their little tactical master Clarkson, its always easier to be the hunter when seeking motivation and play well when there is no pressure on , as for how Port responds, that's the big question?

They've ignored the draft for too long trying to eek out another premiership from that group.

Mitchell has been great for them but did a knee
Impey did a knee
Scullys body is cooked
Pattons done a knee
Vickery was cooked

Not sure what happened to the AFL rules but they've had 2 first round picks in about 9 years
They broke the rule for having at least 1 pick in the next 2 years or something and the AFL literally pardoned them so they could do it.

Stephen Rowe at work today.

37 and 6 is a reasonable day at the office... Wonder what his supercoach points would have been
