I find the best way to avoid calf injuries is to not have any calf to start with. Of all the muscle groups in the human body, I think the calf is the most genetically influenced. Doesn't matter how strong your legs are or how hard you work out. Despite the footy, umpiring, running, martial arts, and general labour of work and daily life, my legs are still comically skinny. Most of me is skinny I suppose but my legs are flat out malnourished.

You need some special calf's blood

I think my thoughts on that are pretty clear.

She's said her story isn't unique, she is actually a relatively self aware person. I reckon the fact that you are bashing a 23 year old woman you have never met before about her online blog posts because she has a connection with a bloke who boots around a leather ball filled with air, speaks to the difficulty of being an ex of a football player.

I don't know, probably not, lets mute her then.

So at first she was just trying to get attention and make money off airing her exes dirty laundry, then once it became clear she just didn't have any goss to dish. Maybe she's just a normal person who doesn't feel the need to stir up scandalous stories.

Stay classy :thumbsu:

All of the above. Why you refuse to see it is beyond me,
and I don't really care why, you aren't being 'classy' you are being intentionally naive for some reason.

Andy Maher doing pre game

Who could forget his insightful, capture-the-moment, Gumbelian interviews of victorious Geelong players shortly after final siren of the 2009 Grand Final?

"No dishrespek to Pordadelloyd but this has gotta feel like more of an achievement than 2007, doesn't it?" x 20.

Still gives me chills. Wonderful.

Lest we forget auld mate boundary ridin' during the 2004 Prelim as Fraser Gehrig left the field following his 100th goal - "Totally unproicedented" (at least since Matthew Lloyd did it a couple of years earlier.)

Pretty watchable I reckon. Selling out is amazing given they are basically amateur!

Carlton with a couple of pretty nice goals, but I reckon you can see just how amazing afl players are when it comes to moving the ball quickly.

Liking the way Carlton are playing, especially Vescio.

Smash Collingwood, and their rip off gurensey, Carlton!
Yeah they play a very fan friendly footy style with run off the half back and some very clever forwards. Good to watch.
