I'm not sure whether the person who put this on facebook is just trying to build up Tiger supporters' egos or is actually so stupid as to think that it is correct. Obviously, as is shown, working out exact percentages can be complicated but it should be plain to even this meanest intelligence that 100,063 is 1% of 10,006,300. Like CharlieKelly worked out, less than half a percent.

Was the move to Joondalup 25 years ago the reason for their problems? Not sure how a team west of Perth is supposed to survive when it moves 20km north of its traditional base. What are demographics of Joondalup?

South Adelaide have survived the move from St Marys/Panther Park in the early 1990's because of pokies. WA dosen't have pokies - only at the casino.

I think Glenelg had 3mil debts a couple of years ago and managed to survive for the near future.
