Yeah basically the ladder but if your talking realistically I’d back a lot of the Vic clubs below Brisbane to beat them in Melbourne.
They are 4th only because they are hard to beat at home, in reality a Crows upgrade.

How do I have absolutely no memory of this game. Lol Poulton with the most possessions for Port.
Getting an A+ for beating up the school wimp in your own backyard (while he had both arms tied behind his back). And I'm not talking about Hawthorn.

Would give them a C for being campaigners.I mean.. you can only beat what's in front of you. And you can't do it much better than by 20 goals. What would you give them?
Can’t believe how far ahead people are getting. We’re doing alright -but we’ve been here before and yes, we are still coached by Ken
Ducking LONG way to go and a Hinkley coached side is never a side to be confident on.

You're a lot of fun at parties is my guess. We are half way across a glass bridge.
Speculation is easy, prediction also, analysis more difficult, putting your hard earned on the result is easy for some and hard for others.
We have so far received no premierships this year.
Brisbane are unlikely to beat Collingwood or Melbourne in the grand final.
Neither are we.
We NEED a Brisbane Port Grand Final....
Only after a visit to the sevenhill wineriesYou're a lot of fun at parties is my guess.![]()
Its just for round 13 I think. So we would need a statement type win to be A+. Like 50-60 points.A+ seems fair to me
What was the expectation
As biased as the Victorian commentators are today they pale in comparison to the days of Jack Dyer and his garden gnome mate Lou Richards, when any player born west of Bordertown regardless of state reputation, including those who had regularly performed well against the Big V had to be taught how to play the game if they transferred to a Vic club.![]()
I was thinking of report cards in SACE terms where ATAR scores are scaled down or up due to the difficulty of the subject.A+ seems fair to me
What was the expectation
I äm sure my memory is not playing tricks on me but I am certain I recall a VFL football show with Lou Richards being very surprised how well a South Australian could play. Russell Ebert was player of the round when playing for North Melbourne. "So you guys can play? I'd give them a fail for throwing away four points so they could parade Ted at home against schoolboys.I mean.. you can only beat what's in front of you. And you can't do it much better than by 20 goals. What would you give them?
Richards deliberate mispronunciation of "E Bert" was fecking annoying also. Ted Whitten I could respect for his passion and humour but Richards had no redeeming features. An annoying turd dragged in on the sole of someone's boot.As biased as the Victorian commentators are today they pale in comparison to the days of Jack Dyer and his garden gnome mate Lou Richards, when any player born west of Bordertown regardless of state reputation, including those who had regularly performed well against the Big V had to be taught how to play the game if they transferred to a Vic club.![]()

Isn't it free kids at all games ?
You can fly under the radar and still be ready for finals.
