They've nearly always been worn on the jersey, so they had to develop as that over the years, whereas the AFL ones were more for letterheads or blazers, hence to wordiness.

Not sure about the veracity of these findings, but it is an awesome result for us. Basically 7 Vic teams, the largest club in the land and then us. Crows not in the top 10. Pretty good I'd say.

The reason Port are so high is because of "our passionate fan base and innovation approach" according to their report not the AFR's story.

So booing Ken, NTUA and what we did with the China strategy, which no other club has come close to matching, in terms of innovative strategy to grow our brand, gets us browny points with people who are more worried about image, than on field success.

Yep, but in that game the other team (whose name escapes me) scored 15.18 in gale conditions.

3 goals in total for a full game of footy in perfect still conditions is utter crap. AFLW as a spectator sport is in serious trouble.

The fact that most of the Vic hacks commentating on trade week have zero knowledge of anything outside of Victoria and so just post what they've been told by their boys club 'mates' without any attempt at analysis makes their reporting pretty next to useless.

I find it hilarious that in the mid-90s Port picked a boxy thick lined logo with a grey skin toned fist of Zeus and nearly 30 years later the club leaders look at this disasterpiece and they're like: "Nah this is still good".
