This is great from Richmond, really enjoying their rebuild. Let go of the senior players that didn't want to be there, kept the ones who wanted to stay and pay the club back for the success they had. Result is their young players learning very quickly how to play tough and committed football. Compare this to the absolute trash standards at West Coast and North who have been rebuilding way longer, chalk and cheese.
They've done it the smart way they'll have plenty more ups and and downs but scoring that draft hand and moving on the satisfied and not invested will serve them well reasonably quickly.

Took my dad to the Crows game last night and I apologized that I had to put him through that crap. Hard to make anything of the game tbh. Cold, wet, and terrible skills. Surely if you're in windy conditions you snap the ball rather than a drop punt so you can force the ball into the direction you want.

One of the most boring games I've ever watched. I saw a well structured and team orientated Crows team (Clearly watched Collingwood) dismantle GWS. GWS looked okish around the ground but lacked any potency inside 50 (Can't put my finger on where I've seen that before).

Crows were still terrible in terms of efficiency and made a lot of stupid turn overs. DF kicking the ball straight to a GWS player inside 50 (The only player) Shows a complete lack of game smarts. He should have held up.

Still think we can beat them but we need good forward entry and we can't get into a shootout with them.

We're not beating Adelaide, touch grass.

I don't know why someone hasn't come up with the business decision to make a boutique stadium in Melbourne. Why don't the owners of the MCG fund a new stadium so they can make more money from the more efficient use of the stadium?

They're playing great football but they have their weaknesses. We need to play to our strengths. Everyone on this board were convinced we'd get smashed by the Hawks too, so #GlassHalfFull I expect to win.

*that 2003 game was at Docklands

Love how the likes of Hawthorn, Richmond and Melbourne can completely drop off going to the footy when they suck, and nobody bats an eyelid.

Meanwhile, Port is tracking at their 3rd-highest average home attendance since 1870 despite what’s shaping up as the worst season since the Primus days, and it’s “the tarps are coming!”

Just looking over SANFL stuff and geez that 66-76 period would have been savage if Social media was invented.

It's all Kenny I tells ya. They just come from miles and miles to see the great man. Nothing to do with being successful (2001-2004) or in an accessible location(coincidence?).

Jesus Gold Coast surely not another choke season incoming just play finals once ffs

I see Dimma found a handy deflection in his post game presser - getting stuck in to the Vic Premier over her Balta stance.

Freomaniac Ken's available.
Jimmy, I wanna be honest with you.

I am a long suffering South Adelaide Panthers fan too.

And yes I went to the Port Magpies vs South Adelaide game at Alberton oval on Friday night.

Every time South Adelaide scored a goal, I chanted Hinkley to Fremantle. I then chanted Hinkley to South Adelaide lol
