Sure I dont like them winning but im not gonna go losing my head over it.

Some of you are acting like it's mid-2006 ffs.
They're a better chance than they were in 2006. Their worst and their best performances are closer together. They don't get smashed. Their forward line is probably the best in the comp.

What a sh*t year to be a footy fan we are terrible and the franchise are on the up all I can hope for is a crom September choke

Kens played a big part in this conspiracy theory.
Ken's loving life , he's got a job he doesn't even have to turn up to for the rest of the year and can walkout without being sacked whilst our cross town rivals have gone 1000 miles ahead of us after 8 year head start rebuild. It would be HILARIOUS if Nick's made a GF before Ken. The only joke is our administration

To flat out say the WONT be winning it is honestly denial. They're every chance of at least making a GF with two home finals and if they get a Collingwood or a Brisbane who they've beaten on a bad day they could win it.
They need to finish top two to host their first final they'd be playing Brisbane @ the Gabba if it was starting next week.

Geelong has the best draw and are a good chance of finishing top 2, particularly if they knock off their bogey side GWS today.

Brisbane have some difficult games but are a better side than Adelaide. So they are also a better chance of finishing top 2.

2nd to 6th is very very even. Adelaide have some tricky games coming up which will very likely see them outside top 2 and indeed a possibility of being dumped outside the top 4 with Hawthorn and Gold Coast pushing hard.

A LOT of things would have to go right for them to even make the grand final. On top of already having a poor record against Top 8 sides, they'll have to beat one or both of Collingwood and Brisbane in September, and away from home. Finals hardened with 2 premierships and 3 grand finals between them recently with most of the players involved still at their peak. I know who I'd be backing.

But nah Adelaide just beat a flaky Bulldogs in Victoria. Better start planning the parade down King William St.

They were coming off a prelim loss in 05 and termed invincible in the middle of 06. Barring the West Coast midfield going berserk in the 2nd half of the prelim, they could easily have lifted the cup.

2017 they had a better forward line than now, a finals experienced squad, a minor premiership and grand final favouritism, and still couldn't get it done.

TBH the Crows are a rough chance to make the GF and if they play Brisbane at the MCG in the GF they might have a chance at glory however their opponent, should they make it, it is more likely to be Collingwood and that would be much harder.

Yeah, with their percentage and draw they should finish top 2. They play four of the last six games at home and they have the second best percentage in the league. Their two away games are Eagles at Optus and North at Marvel.

Absolutely no doubt in my mind at least that the AFL powers want the Crom back into finals. They seem to get difficult opponents at home with the softer teams away. Not to mention their love affair with the maggots.

I can't even remember the 2006 season the dude has far too much Camry recall.
Unfortunately I have family members on the side of the enemy.

The Showdown in late 06 was one of the most enjoyable games of football i have attended. We were given little chance against the "invincible" Crowbots.

I've got more reasons to want to remember 06 than 07.
