Collingwood need to get the ball in Houston's hands more he's not an imposer you have to feed him the ball & let him use that leg.
Yeah his strength is his ball use and being a great rebounder, not getting him the ball has zapped his confidence and we all knew he was a liability due to his speed and average defending

I’m a bit surprised they haven’t tried him more up the field.
He played some good games for us playing a more midfield forward type.

Literally his 1 wood is his distribution and vision by foot, and that’s been taken away from him with Daicos et al around him.

It’s really down to McRae to sort that out and he’s running out of time this year

Collingwood would be having mixed thoughts about the Houston trade.

They gave up Noble, Richards, pick 36 and their 1st this year.

Noble alone is having a better year than Houston is.

You’d think the number one reason they drafted him was for his kicking.
If that’s not that important enough for them to use him that way you end up with a bog average HBF.
Something your wouldn’t be going crazy getting to your club.

Kath Loughnan with the unintentional drive-by on Port in the Fox Footy post-game.

“pretty tough when you (Houston) get traded to a big club and there’s an expectation to perform all the time”

Should be pinning these litlle snippets up in the changeroom over summer.

And then there’s Ashcroft. Almost as good as Daicos and arguably just as much of a big time performer. I wish our young kids could deliver in crunch moments the way he does.
Ashcroft literally has a Norm on his mantelpiece, if you couldn't make that argument I wouldn't want you on my debate team.
