I really don't understand how a player is tackled, no prior but manages to handball is called htb but then in the next play a player is tackled, doesn't dispose of the ball and its a ball up.

Freos list should be top 4 at minimum. The fact they can't be that consistent and up there even last year.. is something wrong.
