I guess the Burnside Council must have deported him or something......

The Adelaide Crows have revealed two players were allegedly subjected to "direct and significant" social media threats that were reported to police three months ago.

The club has not revealed the identities of the players, but police today confirmed an arrest had been made over five threatening messages that allegedly "were sent to a 25-year-old man via social media" on September 8, who the ABC understands is Crows star Izak Rankine.

Police said a 31-year-old Kensington Gardens man would face the Adelaide Magistrates Court on January 30, charged with using a carriage service in an offensive manner.

His arrest on Monday followed what police described as a "lengthy investigation" by its cybercrime section.

It is true. You calling Tredrea a liar?
He said it at his testimonial - he was off to Carlton. He was asked the question, and he answered.

U said Jack didn’t rate him as a player. That is absolute rubbish.

Police have attended the home of Melbourne footballer Steven May following reports of threatening behaviour. It is understood somebody close to the troubled defender made the call to police.

The Demons defender, who was put on the trade table at the end of last season, was spoken to by officers on Thursday. There is no suggestion that May was arrested this week.

This week’s contact with police comes as May has vowed to fight charges against him in relation to a fight at Sorrento in December 2024. May and Prestia asked for the charges dropped to be withdrawn at a hearing in January. The case was adjourned for a contest mention hearing at Frankston Magistrates Court on February 20.

His post football career is not gonna end well

Sorry. Didn't clarify that part.
He was asked that as well. He answered. Stated he felt, through conversations and feedback recieved, that Cahill didn't think he was a footballer.
He was off to Carlton until Choco convinced him to stay, basically saying CHF was his to lose.

Must admit, I was surprised. I loved Jack.
Doesn't mean I think anything less of him, just in this case he was wrong.

Surely there were others on this board that were at Tredders Testimonial that can verify...

I remember he said he was off to Carlton but can't remember the particular reference to Jack. Jack was the greatest coach I have seen or will likely ever see.

Early days I recall Bowen Lockwood being rated just as high if not higher than tredrea, and we also had Cummings but I thought that all shifted by the end of 1998.

I was all about the B's in the 90s. Bowen Lockwood, Brayden Lyle, Brendan Lade and Bob Burnquist

Hopefully those wistful days of what could have been for the tall forward line of the early 2000's goes the way of the DVD with Mitch Georgiades, Jack Whitlock, Jack Lukosius, Douglas Cochrane and Zemes Pilot looking like our tall forwards for the next decade.

If Bowen Lockwood didn't do his back in and we picked Pavlich instead of Adam Morgan, is still a massive what could've been thought.

Sam draper with a fractured foot. Some guys just can't get any luck with injury. Brissy would be concerned

Bold prediction. Laura Kane will be more fondly remembered than Greg Swan.

AI at the superbowl, what a shameless git. No doubt, pundits like Kane and Kingy will decry these actions like they did whenever Laura dared speak.
