Agree everything else, but don't you think Selwood should have a game with the Royals considering how long he's been out for?Rest Naitanui this week. Play Cox for the full game.
Bring back Lecras and Selwood.

Sure it probably not resulted in anything but it just killed off the last throw of the dice for us. The roof would have been lifting as Hill kicked inside 50 if the correct call was made.Priddis arguably had a 'breather' all game though. The team got out to a very respectable 6 goal lead with him doing sweet **** all.
If there ever was a time for him to switch on, it was the 3rd and 4th quarters when they challenged us and eventually took over. He lifted considerably in the last quarter and i do praise him for holding onto the ball and then releasing an intelligent handball to schofield in the dying minutes which should have ended up in a goal, but really what other impact did he have on the game? He's supposed to be this elite mid/brownlow smoky and everything, this was the biggest game of the year, so when exactly did he take up some of the slack from Shuey and Gaff? He had no burden today, and Gaff was tagged FFS.
Maybe if other players stepped up, would have helped him out. Who can get in there, get the hard ball and dish out? No one. Priddis doing f all isn't reason other players do f all. They can step up. No one is stopping them. But alas, only thing they showed is that they cannot play better than slower, less agile priddis.
I wasn't happy with Simpson's PC at all. He raised excuses like the 6-day break, Butler's injury and also divorced himself from the player group. He's the coach. He should have recognised the risk of not bringing in fresh legs and he didn't. We had options in Colledge and Maginnes. He chose not to inject youth and run and he needs to accept that, not look for excuses and blame the players.
I'll do a longer list later but Jamie Cripps' form since coming back into the team has been a positive. Aside from a 4 week period post-bye he's had a fairly good year, and I think as he adds some midfield minutes he'll a very handy player. If he can crack 30 goals a year 2015 onwards and up his disposal count that'll be a fairly good return going forward IMO.
To be fair to priddis still had 25 possessions and 7 tackles which is a fair game ! If that's a bad game for him we should take it and move on !
The fact he ended up with 25 touches is miraculous.
He was unsighted for 3 quarters until finally he got out of nuetral in the last quarter. 25 touches or not, you would have to watch the actual game to make the conclusion that yes, he was very... very.... bad. He hurt us more then anything for most of the game with horrendous disposal, silly turnovers and poor decisions.
Only a peanut at AFL.com who reads the stats sheet would go..... "Awww yeah Matt still played OK, by no means 'bad' at any stretch"
I looked at it this way though EMGEE_6, he was trying something, he appeared, to me, to be trying to lift. Teenager against men and he was trying. I thought it was the most positive signs I have seen from Sheed yet, in that he was trying to win.
but don't you think Selwood should have a game with the Royals considering how long he's been out for?
As I said if that's his bad game I'll take it ?
Looks like the hole I put in my door in 2009, when we lost to Hawthorn in Tassie, another game where we dominated yet we still lose.+ I got to spend the day with some mates, sinking brews and watching football.
