Positives...

Just like last week , a loss is a losss. It can show up what can hide when your better players get you across the line. Gary Ablett played his guts out but if had done enough to win it for us, how many in our side would have got a "get out of Jail" free card. For me this is the positive, you are only as strong as your weakest link and we have highlighted the weak link leaders, you know the ones who only perform well when the side does. The ones who have had overwhelming support and when you take emotion out of it , they arnt up to it.

I'm all for taking risks. Wojcinski tends to take unnecessary ones though...

He isn't a smart footballer....

so, chapmanmagic35, you prefer a team that doesnt take risks or burst through packs??

you have it in for the pole for whatever reason you have. maybe he didnt sign your jumper or footy or something.

you go on about his disposal being poor, but he has far more friends at the cattery than himself that have poor disposal. maybe you should watch ling dispose of the ball, if you think the pole is bad you must be having coronaries watching lingy.

im not saying he is the answer but prefer him over johnson, slade, etc.

Yes, I am one of Wojcinski's harsher critics. I'm very suprised that I am one of the only people on here who are.

It's always been a problem with him. He adds some zip and pace but you really have to question his decision making and disposal. He has been in the system for years now, and it still appears to be a problem.

I, for one, have seen many a time where he bursts from half-back and either kicks it long to no-one, turns it over, or gets claimed for holding the ball.

I know he is on the comeback trail, but in my opinion his time should be limited unless something dramatic changes.

you havent answered anything.

joel corey, ling, enright, byrnes, etc all have poor disposal and bad decision making. its the nearly the whole team, to pin it on one guy is crazy and laughable.

what about playfair? he cant hit a target with a handball or kick, you should be chewing him out as well.

and what this team needs is someone to take risks and take people on. if they get caught or turn it over then bad luck. or do you prefer that "basketball crap".

There are no positives..... but there is a chance to sort the wheat from the chaff. Lets look at the younger ones and put the established players in positions where they may offer more e.g. Ling up forward, Kingsley in the twos.

Ling doesn't necessarily have 'poor' disposal. He may not be very effective at times, but in my view he doesn't turn the ball over alot.

Wojcinski, to put it bluntly, is a dumb footballer. Poor disposal and decision making.

And yes, I have answered your question.

you have positively answered nothing!!!

i state again, corey, ling, byrnes, enright, etc all have poor decision and disposal. yes, ling does have poor disposal, helicopter kick and chip kicks that have more hangtime than a benny graham nfl kick are ineffective and thus the ball does get turned over.

anyways, he is dumb footballer that has played 82 games more than you.

Point?????

I'm commenting on Wojcinski, not my career.

Are you saying you would prefer Wojcinski ahead of Ling?

i think the foreskin is sayin' that wojcinski is no worse than ling and others in certain areas, therefore why point him out as specifically inept for those reasons.

thank you TTC, thats what i was getting at.

nearly the whole 22 (maybe the list) has a problem with disposal and poor decision making but you pinpoint one guy as the cancer of poor disposal.

and yes, i would prefer woja in the midfield over ling. you havent obviously seen the struggles of one c. ling these days.

Simplistic way to look at it...

6 losses out of 7 games means that many of us are going to start looking at it simplistically:

Loss = bad and potentially season ending
Win = some positives may follow.

The more we lose the fewer the positives.

Your kidding aren't you. If you want people to kick it to you as a forward you have to lead first. Maybe Henry should try that.

He was terrible.

oh sorry, i thought it was only just woja that was terrible.

i must be brainwashed by his eminence chapmanmagic35.
