I see Sylvia wasn't named in the team sheets for the 3rd week in a row. I remember he was a good chance at playing in the QB match so this is becoming increasingly worrying... . Where do you think he's at guys?

The good news for the Demons is that Sylvia will return through the VFL this weekend.

He has been named for Casey, so let's hope he plays!

Played his first game of the year at the Casey 2s on the weekend, got through unscathed I think.

Highly unlikely to feature prominently at AFL level this year, might get a taste right at the end of the season at best.

What are Jordan Gysberts chances of getting a recall next week? Is he an automatic inclusion when fit or will he need to gather another 1-2 decent games for Casey before he is considered again?

I'd assume he'd need a couple of good performances back in the VFL when he's fit again.

Hughes will definitely be struggling to break back into the team now.

Did look a little fitter, commentators on MMM noted this too. His intensity seems to be up, a few great tackles/interceptions etc so as omit says would be unlucky to be dropped.

I'm so annoyed for not getting Sylvia and Green before the Essendon game. Can't afford them now :/

And not getting the two of them and JMc at the start of the season. I told myself, no you're being biased.

Would it be worth getting Sylvia over Didak? He's unique, but only seems to do well when you guys do. I think that you'd have a good chance in the remaining games. He marks and tackles tons, and kicks more than handballs. Any thoughts?

I brought Sylvia into my team once he recovered from his toe injury a month or so back because he's got huuuuge upside - a big risk/reward thing that has paid off so far.

But he's been in such great form that no doubt teams will now send their no.1 tag straight to him, which I'm unsure of how he will cope with.

Dids is a safer option I reckon but Sylvia has the potential to rack up enormous scores moreso than Dids.
