The King!
Chosen One
Muting TV commentary has helped my sanity, but I do miss crowd noise. I think I would pay for the broadcasters feed minus commentary. Wonder if there is a market for this option.
Didn't they have it on the old fox footy ?

Likewise. The amnesia set in shortly thereafterI went to the same Robbie Williams concert!!!!!
Another question for the bedford files.
When and why did players stop wearing team dressing gowns at 1/4 and 3/4 time?
I have a fond memory of being in the rooms after a game and wearing one and hand passing back and forward with Elkin Reilly. The dressing gown was massive on me.
When did they stop having a dart at the beaks
He's sort of been a bit forgotten in the passage of time, but as GUH would know he was the first Indigenous player to represent South Melbourne.Another question for the bedford files.

Number 35 this should be on the history page and that's not a knock as it's great stuffHe's sort of been a bit forgotten in the passage of time, but as GUH would know he was the first Indigenous player to represent South Melbourne.
People who may not know Elkin O'Reilly's story this is worth a read;

Elkin's story
Elkin Reilly, one of the Swans' earliest Indigenous footballers, helped pave the way for future generations to grace our great game.www.sydneyswans.com.au
Nice touch from his old school as well;
Rostrevor College has honoured Reilly by naming a hall and a scholarship for Indigenous students for him.
Fair point...
Technically Brett Ratten’s last game coaching the Saints was against us last year (the Hanners 3 Brownlow votes) but would be a long bow to draw to say it was due to that game solelyCan you recall other instances where opposition coaches have been sacked following Swans games??
To be fair those three things could've happened and we still would've won by 100+ LOLI wonder how our friend on here thought about his post saying Chad should be dropped , Gulden to be rested this week and Sheldrick should've been the sub ! and they wonder why i use capitals
I know , it's just mind bogglingTo be fair those three things could've happened and we still would've won by 100+ LOL
I totally forgot about Roberts! Hope he gets his chance next year.An exciting part about Sheldrick's form... Matty Roberts was rated even more by the coaches this year. Makes you wonder what kind of a year he could've put together if he didn't do his knee. Not that I rate the Rising Star award but if there's one positive to come out of his missing so much footy this year it's that he'll still be eligible for a nomination of his own next year.
A friend of mine hasn't, every week he asked about Roberts due to supercoachI totally forgot about Roberts! Hope he gets his chance next year.
