So am I reading right that Mortlake has two teams in two different leagues which have merged with two different towns?
The original team was the Cats but is with Terang-Mortlake. Woorndoo took the Mortlake name because a lot of Mortlake people played for them also.

They’ve had a few mergers since the original Mortlake team but none has worked as well as the merger with Terang

Hi, I am having issues with me Ticketek app and have been told to pick my tickets up for the Ashes game at the box office on the day of the event.

Can you please tell me where the Ticketek box office is at the SCG.

Thanks

What's peoples stance on watching losing grand finals? Personally I've never ever watched a full losing grand final through, and only seen goals here and there from those games.

Anyone here sat through any for analysing purposes or some other crazy reason?

I’ve watched 16 , I like crime documentaries

Does anyone think we would've been a genuine shot at the 2017 Premiership if Geelong didn't wily catch us off guard by copying and pasting Hawthorn's gamestyle (who were the only team to beat us in the last 16 games of the H&A season)

No I think we were cooked. If we didn't play the Bombers we likely wouldn't have won that game either

Were we cooked? We did smash Carlton by 81, Freo by 104, and also beat top of the ladder Adelaide in a close one over in Adelaide in the last 3 games of H&A. Pretty good nick.

I mean two of those were 14th and 16th. Away from home after Adelaide have had the break... I can't imagine that. Plus Richmond were dominant in the finals

Does anyone know when pre-season training begins? They've had 7 weeks off. They all had to return for the B&F on 2 October. I thought the consequence of not playing finals was that you returned to pre-season training correspondingly earlier? Surely it can't be long now?

I don't know what's going on. I'm already in pre season. 🍻

Those dates fit with what the CBA says

Thanks for that Adnico26Parker . I had no idea the return date for clubs that don't play finals and for clubs that play in the grand final are 1 week apart despite them finishing 5 weeks apart.

Also I wonder what is meant by the junior players returning for "off-field player development activities"? Why "off-field"?

Because you can't take the gym onto the field?
