If I really had to split it up

I am not sure I would agree with those categories however after 2016 (and to a lesser extent 2012) I think the Norm Smith is trash and lacks any worth to me.

I just want to see Rampe win a premiership so ******* bad.

Not national days though, I just think losing a days productivity (which will turn into 2 for a lot of people) for a day of mourning where I will guess there will not be a lot of mourning going on is not in the country’s best interests.

As a small business owner I think it's a terrible call and the last thing fiscally the country needed at the moment.
It's fine for people to want the day off and thank the government etc, etc, but it's not the government that pay the wage.

I think it is always changing that's the problem. Genuinely don't think we have a top 7. I think I commented in another thread that it's more like a top 10, with any combination of them capable of being our best players on a week to week basis.

Kingy had a great idea today on Means Test that the Norm Smith should be judged by a panel made up of just coaches - those coaches of say the bottom 10-18 teams that haven't been part of the finals or just not quite making. Sooo much a better idea than journos, media, etc.. maybe LRT & JPK would have one if this was the case?

I think we have been lucky at times with the draft. In 2016 we bid on Bowes at pick 10 before getting Florent and Cummings at pick 20 before getting Hayward. Which were both matched. I am much happier with Florent and Hayward.

Cummings is pretty good. Would have been ok. Especially with our ability to develop players.

Has there been any proof of this, beyond a Suns official who went on air and said we were interested in McLennan? Because I know for a fact we were interested in multiple players with that pick, which makes it hard to deduce who the player is we traded up for...

Cummings is pretty good. Would have been ok. Especially with our ability to develop players.

Florent/Hayward both took a while to physically develop and were criticized on the forums for their form at various stages.

But I felt they both brought a lot of freshness to the side. A skinny medium forward who was kicking goals in his first season. And the evasive outside mid who gave us a bit of run in midfield. I can't really imagine not having them. They felt like the beginning of the rebuild (even though we had Papley, Mills and Aliir debuting in 2016).

Not giving enough credit to Horse and the team there
