Prediction thread....2016 breakout seasons

Who do you think will surprise everybody with their progress in 2016?

Difficult to pick with such a young talented list by three names I am keen to see a lot more from are (in no particular order)

Broomhead. There's a vacancy for a small forward and he might be the man to take it 2015 killed by injury

Ramsay. Thought he was awesome early this year and we missed him a lot when he got injured..

Sharenburg. Finally a clear preseason. Will deliver.

Thoughts?

I agree with Broomhead, i have actually got him in my starting 22 that i did the best 22 thread, full pre season, he could break out.

I think Darcy Moore is going to have a bit of a breakout and kick a solid 40 goals for the year

And i also agree with Scharenberg, think he will breakout

Agree with you on all three and would like to add:

Sidebottom - think he was asked to fill a couple of gaps at different times, will be interested to see what position he settles in as I think he will really step up

Excuse me for the next two as it is known they are amongst my favourites however I can still be objective.

Witts - interesting to see how he will go with an injury free pre-season, must step up as VFL may be his home.

Macaffer - solid games after injury, fwd or back, need his experience?

Would love to see Sidebottom reach the All-Aust heights he is capable of. No reason why the likes of Adams & Grundy can't be pushing for these sorts of honours too.

Be nice to see Ben Reid have a breakout year instead of a break down one.... bit of a Dad joke....

Broomhead for sure. Definitely has a chance to make that small crumbling forward position his own this year.

I also hope Witts can finally turn into the big beast he should be. Grundy is well on the way to becoming an A-grade ruckman but I think Witts is ready. It's time for him to make his mark both figuratively and literally. He showed some signs late in 2014 especially in the first half of the Hawthorn game, that his marking was improving.

However, I'm a bit worried Air De Goey might get the second year blues since there is now a lot of quality in our midfield.

Although he gets a lot of hate on here, Ben Sinclair I can see becoming an outstanding rebounding back pocket. His turn overs can be costly and are highly noticeable, but don't occur too often. With a full run at it he could be the pace everyone's been crying out for.

Really want to see Broomhead own his position in the team as that flanker/wingman player.

I'd love to see Langdon become the premier half-back flanker of the competition. I think he has AA qualities.

And not so much a break out year, but I would love to see a fully fit and flying Greenwood do his thing in the middle for us.

I would not be surprised if Scharenberg wins Rising Star Award next year.
Full Pre Season under him will do wonders.
He was not fully fit this year to run out games and could not run hard.
Showed how good he was in the second VFL final we played though.
Was just head and shoulders above everyone on ground.
Marked everything and showed composure.
