The EFC website will have some form of stream. Apparently members only, but most likely that'll mean it's just a link sent to members I'd guess. So probably watchable by anyone if you get the link.

Essendon members will have exclusive access to a live stream of Thursday's hitout with Carlton.

Held behind closed doors as per an AFL directive, the practice match will kick off at 11am.
