Problem with my Internet Explorer!

Ok for all those computer buffs out there can you help me with a problem I have. It has to do with the font size in IE. Yesterday it suddenly changed, one minute it was its normal size and the next, it had suddenly gotten larger and I can tell you, it aint pretty. I've tried reinstalling IE and everything but I just cant get rid of it. It seems that only a certain font has been increased as well, the bigfooty font is one example and so is the metacrawler font in the middle section. Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this problem, its bugging the hell out of me!

Sorry Vis, can't really help you, unless you want to reinstall windows, thats what I had to do recently as the same thing happened to me. Maybe take it to a local comp store to get it checked out, if you know anyone who works at one they might have a look for free!

Explorer sucks I hardly ever use it, download netscape navigator 6, it is much better.

Vis, I'm not sure it this will help but it might!!!!


1). Go to Start.
2). Choose Settings.
3). Choose Control Panel
4). Choose Display.
5). Chosse the Settings tab (it should be the last of the tabs at the top)
6). Click on the Advanced... button (near the bottom of the window)
7). Now, there should be a Display section with font size in it. Make sure that the Drop Down menu has Small Text written in it. IF it doesn't then change it so it does!
8). IF you did have to change it, you will be told to restart the computer so the change can take effect!
