Click on the highlights link, and listen just as Thomas is about to tackle Rioli, Bruce says "kick it" as in hoping and willing Rioli to kick the ball. Very unprofessional by Bruce in my opinion. Pathetic!

Come on, it's a natural reaction, it's like yelling duck when something is flying at someones head. Every neutral would have yelled "kick it" at that moment. It was only collingwood supporters hoping he would get run down that wouldn't have.

Besides, Bruce, apart from his love affair with a few players, is probably one of the most unbiased commentators. There are many examples of anti collingwood bias but this isnt one of them. Plus there is also pro collingwood bias so it tends to even out.

Bruce loves the indiginous footballers and all footballers of colour, (Nic Nat) etc. Leon Davis is probably the most exciting and colourful indigenous player to play this decade. That goal he kicked was back to back, and a HUGE moment in the match and in Leon's career. All things considered, you would expect Bruce to go umbelievable hoarse, 'that was special', or some other cliche where he goes nuts. It was massive goal! HUGE! Why did he seem subdued? It's these examples as to why I have been very aware of his subtle bias. Pause he kicks it, he does, WTF? Sooooo un Bruce like wasn't it? Where was the excitement? Wake up people this guy doesn't like us.

The kick it as Rioli had the ball was the final nail in the coffin of this man's bias. Exposed with his pants down was Bruce.

I heard that but in all honesty, most non-biased supporters do it.

My wife is Collingwood and when we watch non-Collingwood games, she does that. She gets into it regardless. Bruce would be the same.

Channel 7, as dull as they are, are the only commentary team that doesn't barrack for EITHER side.

I'd rather there was MORE bias!

Commentators across the board are too on the fence. Listen to the SEN cross to the Western Australian matches or the South Australian matches. They get into the game, attack the bad decisions and go nuts when their team kicks a goal. I'd rather listen to that any day of the week than hear a commentator gloss over a terrible decision and move on to the next contest.

I caught the end of 'Before the Game' on Sat night. That absolute w***er Maher and the so called comedian Dave Hughes were dribling with jealousy by banging on about hoping we were thrashed or lost by a point to a kick after the siren.

It's getting right over the top for these morons to be allowed to spew their invective like that. Hopefully they will never appear on a footy show again now that 10 has lost the footy. They are unprofessional, unfunny and rank amateurs in all facets of television. The unemployment queue is where they hopefully will be.

If we happen to win the flag on Sat, please join me early Mon morning to ring SEN to tell Maher to shove it up his arse. Typical that he and Hughes follow that cheating wank of a club better known as Carlton.
