im sure i speak for all here on bigfooty that the events overnight in the usa has certainly in my case and no doubt every other supporter that the richmond football club is the furtherest from my mind at the moment.
i dont care if lynch or lloyd got a week
i dont care if the tigers get flogged this weekend
i dont care who wins the GF
all i care about is life
i care for my kids and what impact this will have on them
i care to what type of world my kids and everyones will have in the future
i care for all those lost souls last night innocent poeple
i care for those emergency personal who paid the ulitimate price for doing what they trainded for disregarding their own safety to help strangers in need knowing to well their lives are on the line.
i care for the likes of our american bigfooty posters who have comeout unscathed
my thoughts are with the victims familys and i hope for the sake of my [our] children that some good can come out of this.

I was flabbergasted when they actually reported Matthew Lloyd's suspension this morning.

Well said tiger,

I just stepped out a while ago for the first time today.

I noticed that every house on our block was displaying an American flag. The gas station on a nearby corner has a tow truck in front with its lights flashing and a flag suspended on the tow rig. The store I went to was very quiet.

I have purchased black crepe to put on our flag as it flies tomorrow.

My oldest friend in East Keilor Vic called a little while ago to express the sorrow of herself and her family. They were 'my family' when I lived in Australia.

I have received PMs from BigFooty members and e-mails from friends in Melbourne.

This will all help to alleviate some of the pain and sorrow I feel at this time, but I shall NEVER forget this day for as long as I live.

Well I did manage to come to work today after two hours sleep, fortunately my boss is feeling as shocked & horrified as me & is on the net, so I don't think we will be doing much work today.

Chicago 1 I suppose the shock is really starting to set in now, hopefully we have seen the last attack on the USA.

Keep your chin up mate, you know that all of us at BF are feeling for you now & will try to give you & stealth moral support to try & cope with this tragedy.
