Desperation when they have to scroll through TikTok to get a news story, probably fake too. Its fair dinkum worse than the National Enquirer days, at least they had reporters digging for dirt the proper way!
Yeah journalism can be done from Twitter, Facebook, TikTok etc these days apparently, very lazy.

Convinced some journo was procrastinating scrolling through his social media feed one day, realized his deadline was in five minutes so quickly just jotted down whatever was on his screen at the time, and when he got away with it he unleashed the void onto the field of journalism.
