I recently caught up with an old mate who works for leading teams. He spoke very highly of the systems and processes and firmly believes it is a requirement for success in today's game. He used Hawthorn, Geelong, Bulldogs and in particular Sydney as examples of how player driven culture drives success at successful clubs. Apparently Essendon have been approached and are not interested which I found interesting.

I have a good understanding of Leading Teams. Its all about giving direct feedback to players in group settings. It can be a confronting program not suited to all. It should be noted that Leading teams traces back to American programs that use features as transactional analysis etc

Do you mean the Foxtel show...? It was tied in with the Collingwood's version and happened thanks to David Evans good relationship with Eddie Maguire. Money was the issue in the end I think.
